The Talent Search program aims to increase the number of youths from disadvantaged backgrounds who complete high school and enroll in and complete their postsecondary education. The program provides academic, career, and financial counseling and engages participants in activities that will prepare them for high school graduation, postsecondary education, in preparation for their future educational and career goals.

The purpose of this form is to gather additional information on each of our applicants to determine those students who will be best served by the program. We believe that teachers and counselors are often able to perceive needs and potential which are not evident to others.
